Our meeting rooms - a variety of options for every event

Whether you are a company, club or association planning a small meeting in an intimate setting or a large conference - we have the right room for you. Our meeting rooms offer space for small teams of 6 or more or groups of up to 130 people, range in size from 20-170 square meters and can be individually adapted to your requirements. Each room is equipped with modern presentation equipment, including a projector, screen, flipchart, presentation case, video conferencing equipment and fast Wi-Fi. This allows you to concentrate on the essentials while we ensure that everything runs smoothly.

Depending on whether you are planning a workshop, a lecture or a team event, and depending on the number of participants, we can offer you different seating options in our rooms:

  • The rooms in the conference area of the HELLA Globe can be arranged in a variety of ways for meetings, conferences or meetings.
  • The rooms are modern and fully equipped with projectors or televisions, intranet and internet as well as USB connections.
  • The U-shape is ideal for presentations and workshops where an intensive exchange between the speaker and the participants is desired.
  • With block seating, tables are arranged in such a way that they form a rectangular shape.
